I think we have an excellent, diverse bunch of staff here. We’ve a lot of different specialties, a lot of different experiences, and excellent knowledge. We have the potential, probably, to be one of the best in the country, if not the best, and I would love to work with those people to do that.

We’ve been given a great opportunity under the direction of Nicola Ranger, and we’re working currently with 18 wards. Working really closely with the ward leaders, all the nursing and medical staff. And getting an opportunity to have hand-on patient care, but help the staff to use their own initiatives to improve patient care and experience.
