I like to see my staff develop, improve, move forwards, move up, get promoted, come up with great ideas that we can implement on the ward. The projects that we get to do, so The Get Up, Get Moving project, the projects about improving the environment on some of our clinical areas, developing our staff to work in the more acute areas, developing links with other service users. Lots and lots and lots.
