Every day we’re thinking, “How can we do things better for our patients and our staff and how can we give patients the best care and experience we possibly can? And how can we make this a great place to work for our staff?” And I think sometimes that’s really tough, particularly in COVID, and teams have just been amazing, sort of stepping up and I’m proud to be part of that.
