I think what makes me proud is that I work with a very resilient team. They’re challenged, they’re hard working and they always rise to the top. When things get tough, when things are very difficult, when the chips are down, the team always pull together and really deliver excellent care, and that’s what I’m most proud of. I’m proud of the department, I’m proud of the site, and I’m proud of fundamentally my team.
