The team is always really supportive and there’s always a big atmosphere within the hospital. And getting people back, everyone works together to get the best patient care and to get them home safely as possible. So, everyone pushes each other. Every day you’re learning. Every day you’re meeting someone new. Every day you learn something new from, if it’s the MDT or the patient themselves, and just getting to work with people is the biggest gift of all.
