We’ve got some fantastic colleagues, not just the nurses on the ward. There’s a lovely HCA, as well, that works on wards, called Sarah, who is just goes above and beyond her role. And just every day she tries to make one patient’s experience of being in hospital just that little bit better by making their favorite drink or just something really small, but it just makes a big, big difference and makes people smile.
