So I’m quite new to King’s actually. So I’ve been here for about just over a year now, but I liked the fact that we have the opportunity to, like I said, make the patients feel like they are our sole focus. So whilst you can have a very busy day, you have lots of different priorities, et cetera, I think it’s nice that we’re given the opportunity to take that extra few minutes just to make the patient feel better or just make them feel at ease. Ultimately that just gives you the best outcomes.
